Twerk Dance Classes with Clau – Term 3 (12th July to 30th August) at Balaclava
Ready to shake it, sweat it out, and level up your twerk game? Shake It Melbourne is back for Term 3 at Pulse Studios, and it’s going to be fire! 🔥
Whether you’ve been with us in Term 1 or 2 and are ready to keep building on your progress, or you're brand new and curious to give twerking a go — this is your moment. Our classes are progressive, fun, and empowering, starting with the essentials and growing each week toward a confident, intermediate level.
No matter your background or experience, there’s space for you on the dance floor. Come for the technique, stay for the community and vibes. Let’s move, groove, and grow together over 8 energy-filled weeks!
Class Schedule:
🕛 12:00 PM (1 hour) – Conditioning & Steps:
Start your Saturday strong with a session focused on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while mastering the foundational moves of twerking. Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique.
You’ll need a yoga block, booty band, and slider discs for this class.
🕐 1:15 PM (1 hour) – Twerk Choreography:
Put your moves into action with a fun, high-energy routine designed to boost your skills, memory, and confidence. Perfect for those ready to take their twerking to the next level and learn a full piece of choreo.
