Event description

After an adrenaline infused abseiling adventure wind down with a sunset sound and movement session. Join the talented sound alchemist, Julian, and our mindful mover, Nat, as they come together to create a unique outdoor experience which fuses gentle movement, mobility & yoga stretches with live instrumental music - known as Sound & Vibration Healing.

Stretch, breathe, observe and move mindfully as you restore your muscles, fascia, joints and subtle energy systems.

Bathe, listen, ground and relax amongst the sounds of the Didjeridu, Crystal Bowls, Handpan, Gongs and much much more.

Concluding the session with a full relaxation sound bath meditation upon our sacred land, before awakening to fresh vegan pizza for dinner and community.
