Join us for the South Coogee Twilight Cinema — a spectacular evening of fun, food, and film for the whole family!

This year’s feature is the delightful musical adventure ‘Wonka!’, where you'll follow a young, dream-filled Willy Wonka on his whimsical journey to open the world’s most magical chocolate shop. With dazzling chocolate creations, clever escapes, and a battle against the greedy Chocolate Cartel, it’s a sweet story that will warm your heart and tickle your taste buds!

Before the movie kicks off, the fun begins with entertainment for all ages — from little ones to grown-ups!
🍕 RocketBoy Pizza will be serving up their legendary pizzas

🌭There’ll be a sausage sizzle, juicy burgers, and all your favourite movie treats: popcorn, candy floss, gelato, lollies — you name it!
✨And don’t miss the glowing light-up toys that will make the twilight sparkle even brighter!

This isn’t just a movie night — so grab your picnic blankets, bring your crew, and let’s make some sweet memories together!

**PLEASE NOTE:**

• Wonka is a family movie so all ages are welcome. Children 3 and under are free. Please leave your beloved fur babies at home for this event.

• Please note, this is a family event, it is not for drop off and go. All children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent/carer. Although we will have people on the gates, we cannot be held responsible for your children, so please make sure you do not leave them unattended at this event.

• First in Best Dressed, so bring your beanbags, picnic rugs etc and find your spot early

• We aim to start the movie around 8pm, however we must wait until the sun goes down so there could be a slight delay.

• Gold Class Ticket holders will be directed to the premium seating area. You must still BYO your picnic blankets etc, and no high backed chairs are allowed due to the people sitting behind you. If you would like to use a high camping chair then please purchase a GA ticket as there will be room at the back for you to sit comfortably.

• EFTPOS will be available on the night, on the door and some food stalls.

• No picnic type chairs will be allowed except at the marked off area at the back of the paddock to ensure everyone gets a great view of the screen.

• Food and activities will be available from gates open at 5.30pm so come and grab your dinner and let the kids have some fun before the movie starts.

• Full pizza’s are available for pre-sale for $24 per pizza online only. If you purchase this option, please obtain a pizza voucher from the gate staff when your ticket is scanned. This will be used to redeem your pizza at the mobile pizza station. Please ensure you get your voucher when you are scanned as we cannot be held responsible for unclaimed or lost vouchers after this point.

• Limited door sales available at the gate on the night for a premium price.

• A very limited number of pizzas will be available for sale on the night at an increased cost.

• This is a strictly no-alcohol event. Any alcohol brought onto premises will be confiscated and the carrier may be removed from the event grounds.

• There is plenty of street parking around South Coogee Public School, however it can fill up so if you are able to walk we recommend to do so. 

• We are very conscious of the environment so although there will be bottled water available for sale, we encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottles. There will be plenty of dinner and treat options available for sale.

• There are no refunds available for this event unless in extreme cases. If you feel that you need a refund please contact scps.pandc@gmail.com with your reasoning. Please remember this is a not-for-profit fundraising event.

• This is an outdoor event, and as such you need to be prepared for all weather. This event will go ahead unless the organisers deem it to be unsafe. This means if it is raining bring your raincoat! The organisers will decide by 11am on the day of the event if it to go ahead, and reserve the right to move to an indoor venue or postpone to another day. All communications on this will be done via Humanitix, the SCPS Community Event Facebook Page and your provided email address.
