Join us for the ultimate Friday night wind down with Twilight Pilates & Paella in the garden!

We'll ease into the evening with a gentle guided pilates session under the trees, instructed by the team from The Pilates Depot, followed by a delicious Spanish feast and a glass of Sangria in hand!

No experience needed - just bring your mat, your mates, and your good vibes. Come for the workout, stay for the food and company!
