Two-day Insight Dialogue workshop - Sydney 2025
Event description
The only constant is change ...
But even in the midst of life’s uncertainties, it IS possible to find a sense of stability and refuge. All of the Buddha’s teachings show us how to cultivate resilience, so that we can navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs with some degree of balance, steadiness, ease and equanimity.
In this two-day workshop, we’ll explore the interpersonal meditation practice of Insight Dialogue to cultivate and strengthen our collective wisdom and compassion. Contemplating together in pairs or small groups, the six guidelines of Insight Dialogue support us to develop a deep steadiness of heart and mind. From that meditative base, we can speak and listen in ways that lead to fresh perspectives and transformative insights, and as a result, we’re more able to meet the challenges of our lives with clarity, kindness, and care.
This workshop is best suited to people who have some experience of insight/vipassanā/mindfulness meditation, but prior Insight Dialogue experience is not required.
