The challenges we face are complex, and so is our capacity for imagination.
This November, TEDxSydney will host the TEDx Global Idea Search, part of a worldwide series uncovering ideas with the power to unsettle the familiar and ignite what’s next. Ten finalists will take the stage, each sharing a bold idea in just five minutes.
At the end of the event, the TED team will select one speaker to appear on the global TED stage at the 2026 TED Conference in Vancouver, sharing their idea with millions around the world.

Timings:
12.30pm - Registration opens & networking with light food provided and cash bar.
1:15pm - Global Idea Search hosted by TED and TEDxSydney comences.
2.45pm - Formalities conclude & opportunity for further networking.
3.30pm - Event concludes.
