Tisha B'Av (the 9th day of the Jewish month of Av)* is a collective day of Jewish mourning. Join Tzedek Collective online to learn more about this day and discuss its meaning for anti-Zionist Jews (every year, but especially this year).

There will be time for creative/meditative griefwork, so please bring any materials you wish to use for this (including but not limited to: writing/drawing materials, musical instruments, crafting tools and materials). Bring a candle to light as a yarzheit (mourning) candle if you wish.

Open to all anti-Zionist Jews.** To facilitate open discussion, this session will not be recorded. Camera on/off is welcome. As Tisha B'Av is traditionally a fast, we ask that you turn your camera off if you need to eat.

* This year, Tisha B'Av starts at sunset on Monday, 12 August and ends on Tuesday, 13 August in the Gregorian calendar.

** As per our points of unity, we do not maintain a set definition of “who is a Jew” or require any proof of Jewishness. Please get in touch if you're unsure.
