UC Mechanical Engineering - Alumni & Friends Celebration 2023

The Mechanical Engineering Department cordially invites all Alumni & Friends of the department to celebrate people and achievements, as part of the 150th Anniversary of the University of Canterbury - join us for refreshments, showcases of student achievement and networking.

Time: Friday, 27 October 2023, 4 pm

Venue: Ernest Rutherford Building Foyer

Dress code: Smart Casual

Ticket Cost: $50 per person

• Reconnecting with fellow classmates over drinks and canapés
• Formal Welcome: Head of Department, Mathieu Sellier 
• Mechanical Engineering Professional Clubs presentations: UC Motorsport Club, UC Human Powered Club and UC Aerospace Club (if you wish to contribute to fundraising for Mechanical Engineering professional clubs to support student attendance at international competitions, please use UC donation form)
• Fourth year Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Final Year Project poster presentations at the venue
