• Laser Focus: the importance of being focussed on what you’re chasing and realising that it comes with a cost, but that’s unavoidable.

Anton Matthews is a driven entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for Māori culture, dedicated to embedding te reo Māori and tikanga into every part of business.

Anton is the Managing Director of Hustle Group which amongst several ventures includes, Fush, the Wigram Joe's Garage, and the recently opened Tātou Tātou cafe at the Christchurch Airport. The normalisation of te reo Māori in his restaurants extends through to Hustle Education, a way for organisations to build Māori cultural confidence and capability.
