Симпозіум присвячений до Дня Незалежності України
This event marks Ukraine’s Independence Day, celebrated on 24 August since 1991. At a time when Ukraine is resisting Russia’s full-scale invasion, support for Ukrainian studies obtains a profound public and academic importance, recognizing the resilience of Ukrainian culture and its place in the global context. Organized by the Faculty of Arts Research Initiative on the Post-Soviet Space, the Symposium highlights the history, current developments, and future directions of Ukrainian studies in Australia, particularly in Victoria and at the University of Melbourne.
