Pre-Knowledge and Age Requirements.
This course is intended to be an intermediate course for students with some robotics experience. If your child is eager to continue their robotics and needs further skills and knowledge, this is the right course! We will be building upon important building and programming skills to ensure students get the most out of the course.
If your child hasn't had any experience in robotics and robotics competitions, this may not be the right course for them. We run courses throughout the year and at other locations across the coast, so be sure to follow our event page and stay tuned! If you are looking for a more beginner-friendly course, we recommend the Simple Binary Summer Beginners Lego Spike course.
Age is usually not a determining factor in a student's abilities in robotics, however, we do recommend your child has some level of experience using a keyboard and mouse/trackpad on a laptop, as it's an important skill to have for programming. If you have any questions regarding your student's eligibility for the course, please reach out to Oscar for further details.
