After the success of his debut single ‘Youth’ which saw radio play on Adelaide’s Three D 93.7FM, Melbourne’s SYN 90.7 FM, Brisbane’s 4ZZZ 102.1 FM and rotation on Sydney’s Fbi 94.5 FM, Poolroom.’s sophomore single ‘Figure It Out’ is upon us. A further exploration of retro electro-pop/funk through Poolroom.’s lens of eccentricity, 'Figure It Out' is a journey through confusion; when wires cross and nothing quite seems to gel.
Poolroom. is 21 year old Sydney based Charles Waldren, who aims to challenge the pre-established formats of songwriting and live music. The project is rooted in introspection, yet reaches out to an audience, inviting them to feel something.
