    Event description

    PwC Australia and UNAA Victoria would like you to be part of a very special breakfast to celebrate UN Day 2019.

    The rights, traditions and creativity of Indigenous Peoples will be the focus of the breakfast, which will be held on UN Day, 24 October.

    Amber Roberts, Manager, PwC Indigenous Consulting (PIC) will outline the work being developed to assess corporate activities against the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

    Dr Meghan Kelly, Deakin University, will discuss the progress of the Indigenous Design Charter project. Meghan is a co-author of both the Australian and International Indigenous Design Charters, which provide the design community with guidelines to ensure the appropriate representation and use of indigenous designs and traditional symbols.

    PwC partner James van Smeerdijk will then moderate a Q and A session involving audience members.

    Breakfast will be provided.
