Description

Following the UN Day Commemorative Wreath Laying Service, UNAA NSW will host our UN Day Gala Luncheon in the Members’ Dining Room at NSW Parliament.

This special event marks the anniversary of the founding of the United Nations and honours the military, police and civilian peacekeepers who have served in UN peace operations around the world.

The luncheon will bring together parliamentarians, diplomats, defence representatives, civil society leaders, educators and business partners for thoughtful dialogue on peace, multilateralism and Australia’s role in the United Nations.

A highlight of the afternoon will be the presentation of our annual UN Day Award, recognising outstanding contribution aligned to UN values.

Join us as we honour service, celebrate leadership and reaffirm our commitment to peace.
