UNA SERATA ITALIANA – Where generosity meets La Dolce Vita

As a dedicated group of supporters of the Queensland Brain Institute, we are excited to present an elegant evening of culture, cuisine and charity to raise funds for the ground breaking work of the Institute.

Join us as we transport you to Italy through musical performances and food, watch as the Chef makes traditional Roman pasta direct from the cheese wheel to your plate, savour a selection of traditional Italian tasters accompanied with delicious wines and of course an original Italian Spritz on arrival.

Canapés Menu includes:

• Frisella Pugliese topped with tomatoes, Fior di Latte Mozzarella, and Olive Tapenade

• Suppli` alla Romana - Mini Rice Balls with Tomato Sugo, Mozzarella

• Polenta Fritta Bites - topped with Porchetta and Balsamic

• Olive all’Ascolana - Crumbed Green Olives stuffed with a pork & beef filling

• Parmigiana Croquettes - Potato croquettes flavoured with eggplant and cheese.

• Fresh Oysters with Mignonette

• Ravioloni Bufala e Spinaci – Large ravioli in a Cherry tomato sugo.

• Assorted Organic Sourdough Pizza Squares

• Tagliere della Casa – Chef’s selection of Italian Charcuterie, Asiago cheese, Marinated Olives, Cheese & Garlic Foccacia.

And the star of the show – Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe directly from the Pecorino Cheese wheel, served by the Head Chef.

PLEASE NOTE - BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Tickets for this event are very limited and will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis. There is no allocated seating as this is a stand-up cocktail party.

You will be able to nominate any special dietary requirements when purchasing your tickets.

To enter on the day, please bring a copy of your Humanitix Ticket Purchase on your phone.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person by advising the organiser prior on email to qbifundraiser@outlook.com of the name change.

Entry will be via the Main Entrance ONLY located by entering from the ANFE driveway in Victor Street.

Limited car-parking available on-site. Street parking available in surrounding streets. It is highly recommended you catch a taxi, Uber or get someone to drop you off at the front door.
