Unbound is a community built around movement, training and connection, creating a space for people with disabilities, adaptive athletes and anyone who wants to be part of an inclusive training environment.

This session brings people together to train, move and connect in a space where exercises can be adapted to different bodies, abilities and experience levels.

You don’t need to be an athlete.
You don’t need to be experienced.
And you don’t need to know anyone when you walk through the door.

The training will be guided by the people in the room. We’ll work through exercises that can be modified to suit different abilities, whether you’re an experienced adaptive athlete, new to training, or somewhere in between.

After training, we’ll slow things down with a short, light breathwork session, a chance to reset, catch your breath and shift out of training mode.

Then we’ll finish by connecting over a chat and getting to know each other. Talk training, disability, life, challenges, wins, or just whatever comes up.

This isn’t about hitting a certain number, keeping up with someone else or proving anything.

It’s about showing up, having a go and being around people who are on their own journey too.

Unbound was born from disability, but it was never meant to be a space defined by disability.

It’s about people. Movement. Connection. And creating opportunities to try something new.
