WHAT IS UNBOUND?

Unbound is a 9 month journey of heart led, courageous, uplifting transformation and support with other wonderful women who crave to be their best, follow their hearts and make a difference.
It is truly nourishing. It opens as soon as you sign up, as soon as you say yes to yourself. From the end of the summer, we meet weekly for 75 mins online to master and embed practices and ideas, putting them into context for your week ahead. You will be supported throughout the week and held lovingly accountable.
There will be the occasional inspiring guest speaker. Women who are moving and shaking in their given field. Whether it be how they transformed poverty consciousness and waitressing to earn 100's of thousands in their own communication business travelling the world or pivoting careers from lead TV actress to creating a wellness business.
You will learn about and practice some of the best acting techniques and presence work in the world to help you feel confident, free and truly in the moment.
In the last month we will meet in person for a beautiful retreat day in Cornwall where you will be pampered, eat gorgeous food and walk together on the headland.
You will have a cacao ceremony to celebrate what you are creating and who you are becoming.
You also have a mini photoshoot in natural light with an amazing photographer so you can use your beautiful images in your new ventures or keep as a sacred memento.
You will have weekly meditations and visualisations to listen to in your own time.
It will be nourishing 9 months at a steady integrative pace with love, adventure, community and friendship.
