Unbounded Spirit, Embodied Freedom 24

Event description

This retreat will take you on a journey of exploring different meditation practices along with the liberating wisdom teachings of the Buddha.

Six days of noble silence, with a program of sitting and walking mediations, meditation instructions, individual meetings with the teachers, open inquiry sessions, evening dharma talks and Mindful dance sessions. All there to support freeing your spirit and connecting more deeply to yourself and your environment.

By deepening our mindful awareness, savouring the stillness that is possible, we can discover an embodied sense of freedom, and an experience of unbounded spirit, touching into or re-membering that which is beyond our limited self-view.

Single room   - $1500 (only 6 available)
