WHAT HAPPENS ACROSS THE TWO DAYS

Day 1: From Shame to Regulation We begin where the silence starts. Using somatic techniques, guided hypnosis, and parts-based work, we trace the roots of your freeze response and begin to create safety in your nervous system. You'll leave Day 1 lighter than you arrived.

Day 2: From Regulation to Expression With your system more regulated, we turn toward voice. What does your authentic communication actually sound like? What have you been holding back? Day 2 is about reclaiming the parts of you that learned to stay hidden — and bringing them into the room.
