Join us for a screening of the UnCharitable Movie and a panel discussion to follow with leading Australian philanthropists and funders. This critically important documentary follows Dan Pallotta’s famous TED Talk “The way we think about charity is dead wrong” and book which effectively outlined how non-profit organisations have been undermined and curtailed in reaching their important potential.

The Australian Leadership Hub is the new, enhanced identity of the Australian Scholarships Foundation, a registered charity dedicated to nurturing the leaders of charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations that are committed to fostering positive societal change.

We provide scholarships, leadership awards, education programs and events for board directors, leaders and emerging leaders, including those from disadvantaged communities.

We are Australia’s largest provider of scholarships and professional development opportunities in the for-purpose sector, connecting educators, executives, funders and alumni, who partner with us to develop leaders’ skills.

Our surveys have told us that 90% of recipients would not have been able to access training without a scholarship, and we know that demand is strong, with four applicants for every opportunity available.

The Australian Leadership Hub is the new, expanded presence of Australian Scholarships Limited, a registered charity that has been working for more than 14 years to develop the capacity of leaders in the for-purpose sector.

More than 5,000 people from a wide range of organisations have already benefited from free and subsidised leadership training opportunities worth $17.2 million.

Our mission now is to expand our programs and amplify our impact. Our collective partnerships and market presence will result in the delivery of even more training and career development opportunities at scale.
