Nathan Sharpe | Wallabies Captain / Director at Talisman People

Nathan, also known as "Sharpie," is a Rugby Union legend, who retired as one of Australia's most accomplished and respected players. With over 15 years of experience on the field, he amassed an impressive record of accomplishments, including over 100 test matches for the Wallabies, three Rugby World Cup campaigns, and the distinction of twice being awarded the John Eales Medal for Wallaby Player of the Year. 

Nathan has also built a successful career in the business world, specifically in the mining industry, where he has been actively involved for over 12 years. Driven by his passion for teamwork and leadership, he now specialises in providing tailored development programs to enhance performance and drive better business results in Australia's resource sector.


Demelza Fellowes | Netball Player / Senior Manager at Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA)

Demelza is a highly accomplished netball player. With over 20 years of professional experience in Australia and New Zealand, she has played in 185 national league games, representing Australia at a junior and senior level as Diamond #135 and Fast Five Flyers captain. 

Today, Demelza is the Senior Manager of Major Events Acquisitions at BEDA. She works to enhance the Brisbane City's global reputation, drive tourism, and attract investment and talent that support sustainable economic growth. She manages projects that amplifies Brisbane's profile, including Tour de Brisbane and Brisbane Cycling Festival, NRL Magic Round, Athletics Australia National Championships, BIGSOUND Country and United Cup tennis. Likewise, as a Board Director at Women Sport Australia, Demelza is a champion for removing barriers for women and girls to participate and thrive in sports.
