Andrew Stark, best known as "Starky", is the Global MD of Flight Centre, with a remarkable 20-year career, spanning leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. 

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Andrew led the Middle East and Africa region, steering the company through unprecedented challenges and implementing a survival plan that transformed the business. In 2022, Andrew relocated to Australia, embracing a new leadership role amidst quarantines and closed borders.

Under his guidance, Flight Centre has achieved record staff retention rates, earned recognition as a Great Place to Work, and globalised its brand in just 2.5 years. He has also driven the company from a $750m loss to record highs in 2024, establishing Flight Centre as Australia's most trusted travel agent.

His inspiring journey of resilience, innovation, and brand modernisation promises to offer invaluable insights and lessons in business and in life.
