UNCOVER – An 8 week Exploration of the 7 Feminine Archetypes

'If you strip down all your layers, you'll be still yourself'

Together we will explore the 7 feminine archetypes through Pranayama, Meditation, intuitive nude Movement and Journaling.

It is a course for women to gather in their unique beauty. Raw, vulnerable, intime, free and authentic. Every woman is deeply invited to move in her natural body and home, uncovered from layers of identification and ego. We will peel off all of those false layers and find truth in our own woman hood. It is all about slow, gentle, sensual, heart-led, soft and being in flow. A intuitive, feminine movement and expression.

In the first week we'll create a sacred space together filled with sisterhood and unity.
From the second week on we will discover one of the 7 feminine archetypes each week: the Maiden, the Mother, the Wild Woman, the Lover, the Wise Woman, the Huntress and the Queen

After a short welcome circle of sharing we experience guided pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. In a state of deep relaxation we'll dive into exploring our own body through intuitive nude movement. If you want to keep wearing underwear, this is absolutely fine too. It is your own choice. For the full experience nudity is recommended tho. The event offers a safe and sacred space to truly set yourself free, reveal all your layers and be your most beautiful, raw self.

This is a space without any judgement or expectation, filled with love, understanding and sisterhood. We rise together!
