Founded by the dynamic duo, Jade and Chloe, Covered in Confidence is the culmination of their shared passion and expertise in mental health and dance. With a vision to foster authenticity and provide safe havens for self-exploration, they've crafted a series of transformative workshops tailored for women and individuals who seek to embrace their true selves.

Drawing from their backgrounds in mental health and dance, Jade and Chloe believe in the power of unity and support among women.

At Covered in Confidence, our ideology is simple yet profound: women are at their strongest when they stand together, uplifting and empowering one another. Through our carefully curated events, we aim to ignite the spark of change within each participant, propelling them towards new horizons and opportunities they never thought possible.

Our workshops serve as catalysts for personal growth and transformation, guiding participants through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Many of our attendees have emerged from our events emboldened to step into the next phase of their lives, equipped with newfound confidence and a sense of purpose.

Jade from The Fulfilment Project!

Jade is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Professional Dancer. With 7 years experience as a therapist, she has a strong passion for helping others to feel good both physically, mentally, and spiritually. She brings Movement and Mindset together, to create movement with a purpose. Jades areas of interest are anxiety, depression, and building confidence in women! Jade is also a reiki practitioner, and brings energy healing into her practices.

Chloe from Twerk it Down Chlo!

Chloe is on a mission to reignite the spark within her students and celebrate their authentic selves through the art of twerk. With a profound belief that twerking is not just a dance but a pathway to self-love and empowerment, Chloe is dedicated to helping students reconnect with their bodies and reclaim ownership over their sensuality.

For Chloe, every pop, drop, and shake is a love song to oneself—a powerful reminder that our bodies belong to us, and embracing them fully is an act of liberation. With 8 years of experience, Chloe has honed her craft under the guidance of some of the world's most renowned twerk instructors. Her dedication and passion have not gone unnoticed, as Chloe proudly holds the prestigious title of Miss Twerk Australia not once, not twice, but thrice!
