Gender Equity Victoria is hosting a two-day participatory forum exploring crucial
strategies in the prevention of violence against women.
What do colonisation, immigration systems, justice and housing have in common? How should we deal with
structural forms of violence in our work?
What are the synergies and divergences between the prevention of family violence and of violence against women?
Who are we including/excluding in this work? How gender fit is our prevention space? Where do we push to when it comes to mental health or sexual and reproductive rights?
