Hey Mornington Peninsula,

We are so excited to be bringing a unique under the stars breathwork experience for golfers to the Mount Martha Public Golf Course.

This is a one-hour sunset-to-night session designed to help you reset your nervous system, support recovery, and improve focus and composure on the course.

Lauren Wainer will be guiding this session, bringing her signature approach that blends science-informed breathwork with simple, practical tools for performance and regulation.

Lauren runs weekly sessions across Sydney’s leading wellness studios and works with both individuals and corporate teams. Her sessions are known for being grounding, effective, and deeply restorative - without the wellness fluff.

This is a chance to experience that work in a completely different setting.

What to Expect

A simple, structured one-hour session under the night sky.

15 minutes of light guidance on how breath impacts performance and recovery
45 minutes of guided restorative breathwork
A short closing meditation to help you feel calm, clear, and mentally reset

This is not a workshop. You won’t be learning detailed techniques here.

This is the experience. Come, lie down, breathe, and reset.

Why This Matters for Golf

Your nervous system directly impacts your focus, decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.

When your system is dysregulated, your game feels rushed, tense, and inconsistent.
When it is regulated, you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

This session is designed to help you access that state.
