Under The Trees encourages all patrons to drink responsibly. People who are unduly intoxicated will not be served alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse bus or festival entry to anyone that may be intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displaying aggressive behaviour under liquor licensing laws.

Refunds (excluding booking fee) will only be available if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 under direction from the respective government bodies. Under The Trees is an all weather event.
