At the heart of it all is our much-loved Cocktail High Tea. Gather your favourite people around the table and indulge in handcrafted cocktails served in teapots, spectacular spring treats and the unmistakable spectacle that has become a signature of The Underground Gin Garden. To complete the feast, we've partnered with Canberra favourite L'épi Artisan Bakery, bringing handcrafted French pastries and savoury delicacies into our maximalist botanical world. Every bite has been thoughtfully paired to complement our cocktails and celebrate the abundance of spring.
