Course Details:

  • Taught by Registered SQF Auditor and Consultant, Arlen Keller.
  • Presentation of the SQF Food Safety Code: Manufacture of Food Packaging
  • Aligns with the Preventive Controls for Human Foods Rule (PCHF) of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
  • Hands-on learning through exercises and class discussions
  • Development of a model program to provide student interaction with the course content
  • Final Quiz to assure participants understand the content and its application
  • Upon successful completion of this course participants are awarded an FSQC Certificate of SQF Training.

*FSQC Training Center is not a licensed SQF Training Center. This training is not sanctioned by The SQF Institute, but covers the information required to allow the student to effectively implement an SQF Food Safety or Quality Management System. This training also prepares the student to take the optional Implementing SQF Systems Exam managed and administered by the SQF Institute.

About The Instructor:

FSQC Training Center’s Lead Instructor, Arlen Keller, has over 45 years of Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience. His experience includes everything from being an hourly worker on the plant floor, to production management, to laboratory analyst, to corporate regulatory, food safety, and quality systems management. Arlen uses his real world and hands-on experience to provide relevant content and instruction.

Location and Materials:

This course is taught LIVE through Zoom for the dates/times listed. Attendees must have Zoom audio access (telephone or microphone) and Zoom video access (camera). All attendees must be present on Zoom (video and audio) for the entire course to receive an FSQC Certificate of SQF Training and each attendee will be required to present a valid form of ID at the start of the course for verification.

All required materials will be provided by FSQC via email and/or mail.

3. Is my registration/ticket transferable?

In order to receive your SQF Certificate of Training, FSQC requires you to be present for the entire 2 days of the course. You cannot transfer your registration, or send someone in your place without first contacting FSQC Training Center and getting prior approval.

5. Course Cancellation:

Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, FSQC Training Center may need to cancel a scheduled course. If FSQC Training Center must cancel a scheduled course, our goal is to provide a two-week advanced notice of course cancellation. However, depending on circumstances, the two-week advanced notice cannot be guaranteed. FSQC Training Center issues a 100% refund for scheduled courses that are cancelled by FSQC Training Center. FSCQ Training Center may also make Loyalty discounts available to registrants of cancelled courses that allow you to register for another FSQC Training Center course offering at a discounted rate.
