Understanding your business financials is important to help you make informed decisions, manage risk and ensure long-term success and sustainability of your business. This workshop will provide you with an understanding of key accounting terms and help you read and analyse your finances, leading to improved decision making.

This topic covers:

• Understanding the chart of accounts.

• Differences between a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and a cashflow statement.

• The impact of pricing on profitability.

• The importance of managing cashflow.

• Budgeting for your business.

This workshop is for business owners who struggle to understand and analyse their business financials.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
