This workshop will provide you with an understanding of key accounting terms and help you read and analyse your finances, leading to improved decision making.

• Understanding the chart of accounts

• Differences between a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and a cashflow statement

• The impact of pricing on profitability

• The importance of managing your cash flow

• Budgeting for your business

This workshop is for business owners in the City of Swan who struggle to understand and analyse their business financials.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.
