Understanding Eczema From the Inside Out

A free educational session for parents who want to understand what may be happening beneath their child’s eczema, not just what’s showing up on the skin.

When your child has eczema, it can feel like there is always something else to think about.

Which cream should we use?
Could it be something they’re eating?
Why does it keep coming back?
Why do stress, sleep or certain foods seem to make it worse?
And most importantly… what else should we be looking at?

Most conversations about eczema focus on the skin. And while supporting the skin is important, what if there is more to the picture?

In this free session, I’ll introduce you to an inside-out way of understanding eczema and explore how the skin connects with the rest of the body, particularly the gut.

Together, we’ll explore:

🌿 Why food and digestion are worth understanding
🌿 How everyday lifestyle factors can influence the body
🌿 Why flare-ups can be an opportunity to get curious about what is happening underneath
🌿 Practical ways to start looking at your child’s health as a whole

This session is designed to help you understand the bigger picture, so you can move away from feeling lost and overwhelmed and towards feeling more informed, curious and confident about the choices you make for your child.

My journey into gut health started with my own daughter, who developed severe eczema as a baby.

After following the conventional path and watching her eczema continue to return, I couldn’t stop asking why.

That question eventually led me to gut health and the GAPS approach, and changed the way I understood my daughter’s eczema and our family’s health.

Today, I’m a Certified GAPS Coach, Nutrition Coach, NLP Practitioner and Internationally Certified Results Coach. Through Goody Guts, I help parents understand their child’s health from the inside out and feel more confident in the steps they can take to support them.
