Event description
Understanding Environmental Policy - Containers for Change ♻️
Have you ever wondered how environmental policies and programmes like the Containers for Change scheme were developed?
On Wednesday 6th August, come down for a peek behind the curtain with Ross Belton - the former Principle Environmental Policy Advisor for the Environment Minister of WA, who developed the Containers for Change scheme.
The night will include a case study presentation, a Q&A opportunity, and networking over snacks and soft drinks.
It will provide useful contextual knowledge for anyone with an interest in the environment, policy, aspiring consultants, and students in sectors like agriculture and mining where environmental policies directly affect business outcomes.
This event is jointly organised by the Students of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (SNAGS), Arts Union, and UWA Student Guild Environment Department.
📅 Wednesday 6th August
⏰ 6:00 - 8:00 pm
