Event description

Grief touches all of us at some point in life — yet it’s something we rarely talk about openly. This gentle, down-to-earth session invites you to explore what grief really is, how it shows up in our lives, how it evolves over time, and how we can support ourselves and others through times of loss. The event is free and open to all adults.

Whether you’ve experienced a recent bereavement, are supporting someone who has, or simply want to understand grief better, this event offers a safe and compassionate space for reflection and connection.

Come along to gain a deeper understanding of grief in all its forms and learn practical ways to navigate grief with kindness and courage.

The facilitator for this event is Annie Rhodes, a qualified counsellor and facilitator.

Places are limited so please register to ensure a seat.
