You sent the proposal. They said it looked great. Then nothing. You follow up once, then twice, and start wondering whether a third email makes you look desperate.

Silence is rarely a no. The buyer needed something at one stage of their decision that your sales process never gave them, and going quiet was easier than saying so.

Objection Handling covers what to say when a buyer pushes back. This half-day covers the prospects who never say anything at all: what buyers need at each stage before they can commit, where your deals are stalling, and what to change so fewer of them disappear.

Before this class:

A prospect goes quiet and you can't tell why
You send another "just checking in" and hope
Silence feels personal, and your pipeline feels like guesswork

After this class:

You know what a buyer needs at each stage before they can say yes
You can see where your deals stall, and what was missing there
You have specific changes to make, so fewer prospects disappear

You'll learn to:

Give buyers the four things they need to feel before saying yes: safety, simplicity, proof, and control
Talk about your offer the way people actually decide: emotion first, logic second
Spot the stage where your deals stall, using the three stages every customer moves through
Build trust faster instead of waiting for it to build on its own

You'll leave with:

A map of how your customers decide, started in the session
The specific points where your deals stall, and what each one is missing
A short list of changes to try in your next sales conversations

Your instructor: Taught by Kelsey Bartley, who works at the intersection of sales and human behavior. She has 15 years of selling experience, from everyday consumer sales to high-stakes deals in tightly regulated fields, and builds AI systems into professional-services operations.

Her classes are built for the next workday. You work on your own business during the session, with your own offers, objections, and customers, and leave with something you can put to use on Monday. No feature tours, no filler.
