Description

❤️ WHY THIS EVENT MATTERS

More Than a Medical Conversation

Menopause is one of the most significant transitions in a woman's life, yet it remains one of the least understood.

Too many women experience symptoms without answers. Too many partners feel unsure how to help. Too many conversations are replaced by silence.

The Menopause Conversation was created to change that.

This free community event brings together experienced healthcare professionals, psychologists, a women's health dietitian and community advocates to provide evidence-based education, practical strategies and, most importantly, a safe place for honest conversation.

🎓 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Practical. Evidence-Based. Easy to Understand.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of:

• What happens during perimenopause and menopause

• Why symptoms can affect the entire body—not just hot flushes

• Hormones and evidence-based treatment options

• Nutrition and lifestyle strategies

• Mental health, wellbeing and resilience

• How partners can provide meaningful support

• Answers to your own questions during our live audience Q&A

Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been navigating menopause for years, you'll gain practical knowledge you can take home immediately.

🤝 WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Because No Woman Should Navigate Menopause Alone

This event is designed for:

🌸 Women experiencing perimenopause or menopause

🌸 Women wanting to understand their future health

🌸 Partners wanting to better understand and support the women they love

🌸 Family members and close friends

🌸 Healthcare professionals

Partners and support people are warmly encouraged to attend.

Because menopause is experienced by women, but its impact is felt by families, relationships and communities.

💬 WHAT MAKES THIS EVENT DIFFERENT?

A Community Conversation

This isn't a lecture.

It isn't a sales event.

It isn't about telling you what to do.

It's a community coming together to learn, ask questions, share experiences and feel supported.

You'll hear from experienced medical professionals, psychologists, a women's health dietitian and community advocates who believe that education, compassion and understanding are just as important as treatment.

There will be plenty of time for audience questions—including anonymous questions submitted before the event—because the conversations that matter most are often the ones we've never felt comfortable asking.

If this evening helps one woman feel understood, one partner feel empowered to support, and one family have a conversation they've never had before, then together we'll have achieved something far greater than a single event.

We'll have started changing the way menopause is experienced in our community.
