Event description

Learn the principles of Nonviolent Communication and practise applying them in a safe environment during this interactive workshop. NVC enables us to bring empathy and a genuine desire for understanding to our conversations. And to use concrete skills in our interactions: observing, feeling, needing and requesting. Through developing and utilising such mindsets and skills, it is possible to hold conversations that are compassionate and harmonious.

Numbers are limited for this workshop: 20 participants. The session includes a vegetarian/vegan lunch. There is no charge to attend.

Session will be: a two-hour workshop. Then lunch for up to an hour. Then a reflection and wrap up time so that we finish no later than 2 pm and perhaps a bit before.

This is another of our Better Conversations workshops supported by funding from the Justice-Compassion Trust. The facilitator is Camelia Petrus of Core Purpose.
