What’s it all about?

So, you may be thinking about purchasing an apartment or have already done so? Have you investigated the Owners Corporation, their requirements, special rules and costs? Or are you not aware that by purchasing an apartment you are most likely joining an Owners Corporation?

This class has been organised to explain what an Owners Corporation is, how it works and what your relationship is to it once you have purchased an apartment or townhouse within a complex or building.

We will walk through the basics of your responsibilities as well as the responsibility of the Owners Corporation to you as an owner, and provide you with an understanding of how it all works.

Bring along your questions and we will explore the world of community living together.

Robyn Bunting is a registered Owners Corporation Manager with 10 years practical experience managing apartment blocks in Melbourne and believes that educating owners about their decision to purchase in an owners corporation is paramount to growing community.

Who will be teaching?

Robyn Bunting is a reuse, repurpose and remake enthusiast who is the owner of : The Nicholas Building called ‘Harold and Maude‘ on level 2 of the Nicholas Building that focuses on recycling, repurposing and remaking. She has spent 35 years working in Theatre, film and television industry making all sorts of things using sewing technique of all types.
