'Understanding Racism and Its Impacts' Hosted by Joel Wright.

Kinaway invites all members of our community including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, Corporate Partners, allies, government representatives, and community organisations to join this important and engaging workshop hosted by Joel Wright.

This session provides an in-depth exploration of racism in the Australian context, examining its historical roots and how it manifests across systemic, institutional, and individual levels. Particular attention is given to the ongoing impacts of racism on First Peoples.

Additionally, the session offers a brief overview of how organisations and businesses can recognise and address racism within the workplace, and outlines practical approaches to reducing its impact in corporate environments. KINDLY NOTE, SPOTS ARE LIMITED TO ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP.
