This virtual, facilitator-led workshop provides employees, employers, and managers with essential skills to navigate risk management and ensure regulatory compliance within NDIS frameworks.
The latest NDIS Commission report (April–June 2024) highlights a 9% rise in complaints, a 21% increase in worker exclusions, and over 500 compliance and enforcement actions—underscoring the urgent need for stronger safeguarding measures.
Through real-life scenarios, case studies, and interactive activities, participants will learn how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. The workshop fosters a risk-aware culture that enhances safety, service quality, and compliance. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies to align workplace practices with NDIS regulatory requirements and support better outcomes for people with disability.
