The rich skin of the Earth provides us with our food, and the health of the soil also determines the health of our food, animals and ourselves. In this workshop we will discover the wonderful world of the Soil Food Web and how important the interactions that exist in the depths under our feet are .Fall passionately in love with good soil as you work through the key soil properties and functions, followed by practical principles for repairing, building and maintaining your own bit of earth.
