Soil - it's in your hands. Presentation: Understanding Soils with Agricultural Scientist, Chris Alenson

In this evening presentation Chris will provide an overview of soils, their creation, and what attention they need from us to come back to life. 

Chris is an agriculture consultant with a background in earth sciences and geology and has been working with soils, supporting farmers to understand and sustainably manage their soils for 40 years. He recently published ‘Deep Time – And the implications for a Sustainable Agriculture’.
