This full day immersive experience will focus on balancing and aligning your 7 chakras, enabling you to achieve a state of optimal wellbeing and inner harmony. This retreat is an opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle, of everyday life and journey to a place of balance and harmony within yourself.

This retreat is designed for those who wish to explore and understand the power of the 7 chakras and how these energy centres, within us all, can enhance your daily life.

Learn how each chakra energy centre can be activated to bring harmony and vitality in your life. Explore, awaken, and align each of your 7 major Chakras through meditation, mindfulness, conscious movement and art therapy.

Rachel will guide you through techniques and practices to awaken and maintain the flow of energy within you. All specifically designed to cleanse and balance the 7 chakras.

You will learn to access a deeper understanding of yourself and the power of your chakras.

As well as the transformative activities there will be ample time for self-reflection, relaxing in nature and connecting with like minded individuals on a similar path of self- discovery and personal growth.

Arrive 10.00am

10.15am: Opening Herbal Tea Ceremony, specially designed ceremony where we honour and thank mother nature for her gifts of herbs that nourish us. We will be sharing a beautiful chakra balancing herbal tea for spiritual connection.

11.00am Enlightened knowledge, time for a deeper transformative nature of learning that goes beyond acquiring information and delves into personal growth, self–discovery, introduction to sacred geometry and connection with higher consciousness.

11.40am 10min break

11.50am Chakra activation meditation & movement therapy – guided movement exercises and meditation aimed at clearing, activating and aligning the chakras. Here we begin to connect and allow the natural flow of energy to start to move through your body.

12.30 – 1-30pm 1 hr Lunch Break – Chakra balancing foods

1.30pm Creative Mandala, Sacred Geometry Activity / Journaling / Self- reflection.

3.00pm Chakradance immersion. A form or movement meditation, that combines music with physical and spiritual expression. A powerful healing modality that helps to bring balance, healing, and clarity into your life. During this dance, your body, breath, and spirit are all connected allowing for an experience of deep physical relaxation and emotional release, promoting transformational changes in your life.

5.00pm Closing Ceremony

6.00pm - onwards: Open fire & Cacao Ceremony under the energy of the New Moon

Rachel invites you to stay for a community evening gathering around the fire pit.(Free or Donation)

Rachel is a Degree qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist who has her clinic at Riverdell spiritual Centre. She is passionate about health and supporting people on their journey of healing their mind, body and soul through living in balance with nature, meditation, breathwork and balancing the human biofield.

Rachel is a facilitator of Chakradance, a wonderful modality which includes sacred gathering, chakra balancing, meditation, spontaneous dance, art, and so much more. Chakradance helps move the subtle energy to bring about balance and harmony to the mind, body and soul. If you love to dance, it is the most beautiful way to nurture yourself and restore vibrant health.

As a Women’s Sacred Circle Facilitator, Rachel creates a wonderful sacred space for all to enjoy and feel safe, to experience you inner-self and power and brings together people on a journey like no other.
