The Australasian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA) is delighted to bring you this online workshop presented by Dr. Robin Youngson.

Havening Touch® is a wonderfully gentle, intuitive, guided self-healing process using inbuilt biological healing mechanisms. The developer of Havening, Dr. Ronald Ruden, has described the complete pathway by which traumatic events get ‘hard-wired’ in the amygdala. Encoded trauma causes automatic emotional, autonomic, and somatosensory reactions leading to anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, chronic pain, and psychosomatic disease.

Dr. Ruden also discovered a molecular mechanism for permanently deleting traumatic memories, which works in minutes. Havening touch is used to generate high levels of Delta Waves in the brain, which catalyse the molecular reaction to remove receptors and break the neural pathways that encode the trauma.

In this 2-hour workshop, Dr. Youngson will share the detailed science behind this breakthrough technique and the range of conditions that can be cured or greatly ameliorated. He will share a demonstration of a client who completely erases the trauma of a violent sexual assault, in fifteen minutes of Havening.

With example case histories, you will learn the remarkable potential of this new technique. We will cover the kinds of approaches used and the range of conditions that can be healed. We will also teach some simple self-Havening techniques to build personal resilience and wellbeing. The purpose of the workshop is to raise awareness and interest and also to encourage people to consider training in these techniques.

We will leave lots of time for questions and answers.
