Understanding The Voice (Mt Isa)

Event description

You are invited to “Understanding The Voice” a series of yarning circles across South East QLD and put on by the Mob, for the Mob.

These yarning sessions are not about pushing a yes or no vote, it is about providing information on the First Nations Voice to parliament so then you can make an informed decision at the Referendum and feel safe to be able to ask questions.

All our information is from Uluru Dialogues. This team led the 13 Dialogues across the country which led to the First Nations Constitutional Convention in 2017 which created the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

Yarning Circles will be hosted across Inala, West End, Zillmere, Sunshine Coast, Logan, Ipswich and Gold Coast.

This initiative is hosted by Mob23, a collective of First Nation people and organisations dedicated to providing easy to understand and accurate information through respectful conversations.

We looking forward to seeing you there.  Please register as seating is limited.
