For many of us, menstrual education began and ended with learning about periods. But the menstrual cycle is so much more than the few days we bleed each month.

Understanding Your Menstrual Cycle is a practical, inclusive workshop designed to help you build a deeper understanding of your body and your own individual cycle.

Together, we'll explore:

how the menstrual cycle actually works
the hormones involved and what they do
the different phases of the cycle
what is considered normal — and what may warrant further support
common menstrual cycle symptoms
how to begin tracking your cycle and recognising your own patterns
how to build greater confidence communicating about your menstrual health

There are no perfect cycles and no rules about how you should feel at different points in the month. This workshop is about giving you the knowledge and tools to understand your body, recognise your patterns and feel more confident advocating for your health.

No prior knowledge is needed, and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed, judgement-free environment.
