WORKSHOP: Understanding People – An Introduction to DiSC with HR Haven

Ever wondered why some people love quick decisions while others need to talk things through (and maybe even colour-code them)? Join Victoria Griffiths from The HR Haven for an engaging after-hours workshop that will help you understand yourself and others a little better — at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

Over wine and nibbles, you’ll complete a quick DiSC-style questionnaire and learn about the four key personality styles — Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness — and how they shape the way we communicate, make decisions, and even stack the dishwasher!

This session is light-hearted, practical and designed for anyone who wants to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and create harmony in teams and families alike.
