Event description
Unfold: A Day of Yoga, Stillness & Seasonal Renewal
Step into spring with intention.
As the earth softens and blossoms into spring, we’re invited to do the same, to gently unfurl, to return to ourselves, and to move into a new season with clarity and intention.
Unfold is a nourishing one-day yoga retreat designed to support your process of renewal, restoration, and realignment. Held in peaceful surroundings, just a stone’s throw from the heart of Milton, NSW, this retreat offers a sacred pause — a day to breathe deeply, reconnect inward, and remember the quiet wisdom of your own inner rhythm.
Throughout the day, you will be guided through a gentle, embodied journey that mirrors the rhythm of spring — moving from stillness to soft awakening.
What’s Included
Grounding Movement, Meditation & Pranayama
Begin your day with mindful movement and breath to arrive fully in your body and on the earth. Flow through soft, heart-opening sequences and pranayama to release stagnant energy and awaken inner vitality.
Yin Yoga & Deep Rest
Nestle into stillness with longer-held supported poses, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra — a space to rest deeply, restore your nervous system, and simply receive.
Guided Reflection & Journaling
Take time for gentle introspection with thoughtfully curated prompts to explore where you are in your own unfolding.
Ayurveda & the Rhythms of Spring
A nurturing, workshop-style session exploring ancient yogic wisdom and how to align with the energy of the season through the lens of Ayurveda — including self-care, lifestyle, and seasonal nourishment.
Seasonal Nourishment
Enjoy a delicious, plant-based lunch alongside nourishing snacks and refreshments, lovingly crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Time in Nature
Reconnect with the living world around you and soak in breathtaking views of Pigeon House Mountain and the Budawang Range — with space to walk, pause, and simply be.
This retreat welcomes all bodies and levels of experience
No prior yoga background is needed — simply come as you are, with an open heart, a curious spirit, and a willingness to slow down and be gently supported.
