An Empowered Midlife “Unfold” Circle EVENT CANCELLED

This circle is a one and a half hour experience exploring the power of connecting with your shadow.

Journey with a small group into known and new territory as you welcome what’s ready to be seen and healed within you.

Together, we’ll explore our ‘shadow elements’ - all the parts of us that we keep hidden - and shine a gentle, nourishing light on them.

Shadow work can seem really scary however is necessary to meet the shadow in order to feel whole and live a fully expressed life. 

We will share, create and explore and then recharge with meditation and relaxation. You will leave circle feeling recharged, inspired and refreshed.

Open to women in midlife, this ancient tool is something women have used for well being since the dawn of time. You are invited to experience the magic of women coming together with a shared intention to celebrate each other and experience something deeply powerful and invigorating for the heart and soul.
