Hi, I'm Laura. I’m a coach and facilitator.

I’ve been helping people think more clearly for 20 years – as a caring colleague, manager and leader as well as a coach, facilitator and mentor.

I coach:

Women who want to feel the joy (again!) in their work
Women leading teams who want to create a positive and empowering team culture
Teams who want to strengthen their connection with their purpose and with one another as people.

I work in partnership with you to challenge old thinking, explore new perspectives and commit to change.

I’m based in Midlothian. I love being outdoors, enjoy cycling, swimming, singing in a choir and volunteering with young people.
